Retired Army Sgt Harrelson, Kenneth was arrested on 03/10/2021 for Jan 06, 2021, due to his affiliation of being an Oath Keeper and being at the Capitol on J62021. He has served over 3 years in prison for the crimes he didn’t commit and his case is in appeals now to prove his innocence by showing the video evidence of CPO Harry Dunn and Special Agent Lazerous committed perjury on the stand in his trial. He was released from prison on 04/22/2024 and is now on 24 months probation. He has also been labeled a VIOLENT MILITIA EXTREMIST/DOMESTIC TERRORIST for the rest of his life.
