Born in Little Rock, Arkansas, and raised in Columbus, Ohio, John served in the U.S. Air Force and worked in corporate America while earning a degree in Accounting and Marketing. A life-changing scholarship to The Actors Institute in New York City in 1998 launched his acting career, with roles in films like Brooklyn Sonnet, Traffic, and Blind Turn. Poised for a breakthrough with an ABC mini-series, his plans were halted by the events of 9/11, derailing his momentum. Now, as a passionate show host, John shares his story of perseverance, creativity, and reinvention. Tune in for an inspiring conversation about overcoming setbacks and forging a unique path!
